- The Utah Insurance Department says rates, rules and forms designated as public records can be viewed through SERFF Filing Access, with no fee for that method. Source
- Many rates, rules and forms filed with the Utah Insurance Department are considered public records, and a person is allowed access to a record that is public. Source
- Anyone who does not want to view a record electronically can submit a written public records request, which must be completed before a record is released. Source
