How to search New Hampshire's public rate and form filings
- New Hampshire law (RSA 412:16) says a rate filing with the Insurance Commissioner, and supporting information not treated as proprietary, is open to public inspection on or after its effective date. Source
- For policy forms, RSA 412:5 opens an approved filing and its non-exempt supporting information to public inspection on or after the later of approval or the effective date. Source
